Functional and Clean

Nice Traditional Experience

Great In-Room Amenities

I was pleasantly surprised to find a cellphone provided in the room for our use. It was a great way to stay connected and facilitated my adventures around Kyoto. I had a nice stay in a Japanese-style room that provided a unique experience with a comfortable tatami floor and lovely hojicha tea. The location close to Kyoto railway station was very convenient. However, the shower fluctuated between cold and hot, making it a bit tricky to use, and I found the noise from crying children a bit distracting at times. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few minor drawbacks.
